Accounts are set up and active within below given timeframe unless one of our fraud filters flags an order for some reason, it happens to legitimate orders sometimes as well. We take the, better safe than sorry, approach to orders.

Once an account is set up an activation notice will be sent to you via e-mail including a username, password, and IP address. You can begin uploading files to your new web space immediately thereafter.

Generally, accounts are setup within the following period of time:

1) Shared or Reseller Accounts - instantly upon the receipt of the payment

2) VPS Services - within 8 to 12 hours from the receipt of the payment

3) Dedicated Servers - within 48-72 hours from the receipt of the payment.

Custom orders might take longer time and subject to availability of requested hardware and/or other resources.
